1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging TwoDayWebsite.Pro ("we," "us," or "our") for website design and development services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional website design and development based on the package selected and the materials supplied through the Website Intake Form. The agreed deliverables, page count, and revision rounds are defined by your chosen package.
3. Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins. Project timelines begin only once the deposit and all required materials have been received. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to final delivery.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, logos, and any other materials needed to complete the project. Delays in providing materials will extend the project timeline accordingly.
5. Revisions & Additional Work
One revision round is included unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions, pages, or features beyond the agreed scope may be added for an additional fee, quoted before work proceeds.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final delivered website is transferred to the Client. The Client warrants that all materials provided do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the delivered website.
